Refunds & Returns
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of my artwork, clothing, and accessories, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchases made online or in person.
Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. To report an issue, please email your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging. I will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right by sending a replacement when possible or offering another appropriate solution.
Damage resulting from normal wear, improper care, accidental damage after delivery, or misuse is not eligible for replacement. Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
One-of-a-Kind Items
Many items are hand-painted, hand-altered, or otherwise one of a kind. Because exact replacements may not be available, any resolution for damaged one-of-a-kind pieces will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
